No steamship company, express company, or other company and no agent thereof, shall receive any money as a depositary. Every such steamship company, express company, or other company and every agent thereof in transmitting any money received for transmission, shall incorporate in the advice of draft, money order or other instrument by means of which such money is transmitted a statement showing the amount thereof in terms of dollars and cents together with the amount thereof in terms of the money standard of the country to which such money is transmitted.
