If a child placed under section one thousand fifty-five runs away from the place of placement the court may, after hearing, revoke the order of placement and make any order, including an order of placement, that might have been made at the time the order of placement was made. The court may require that the child be present at such hearing and shall appoint an attorney to represent him or her.
