Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law to the contrary, the performing arts theatre in the Niagara Frontier region known as the Lewiston State Park Arts Center shall continue to be known and suitably marked, in a manner prescribed by the commissioner of parks, recreation and historic preservation, as the Earl W. Brydges Artpark.
