Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 710.580. Liability of county treasurer or city treasurer on official bond

The county treasurer and the city treasurer, as the case may be, shall be responsible on the county treasurer’s or city treasurer’s official bond for all funds which may come into the county treasurer’s or city treasurer’s hands under the provisions of NRS 710.400 to 710.590, inclusive.
