Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 706.323. Limitation on power of Authority to regulate rates

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Authority may not investigate, suspend, revise or revoke any rate that is subject to the approval of the Authority pursuant to NRS 706.321 and proposed by a common motor carrier or contract motor carrier because the rate is too high or too low and therefore unreasonable if:
