Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 706.256. Power of Authority to order repairs of facilities and use of safety appliances

The Authority may, in the interest of safety or service, after hearing:

1. Determine and order repairs of facilities of common and contract motor carriers; and

2. Order the use of safety appliances by such carriers in the interest of the public and employees.
