Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 706.048. “Compliance enforcement officer” defined

“Compliance enforcement officer” means a person employed pursuant to NRS 706.176 whose duties include enforcing certain state statutes and regulations pertaining to motor carriers.
