A person who willfully and maliciously places any obstruction on the track of any railroad in this State, or tears up or removes any part or portion of a railroad, or destroys, deranges, misplaces or injures any rail, switch, block or other signaling device, culvert, viaduct, bridge, car, tender or engine, or willfully and maliciously does or attempts to do any of those things, or any other act or thing, whereby the life and limb of a person may be endangered, is guilty of a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
