Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 701B.650. Participation in net metering

To be eligible for an incentive through the Wind Demonstration Program, a wind energy system must meet the requirements for participation in net metering pursuant to the provisions of NRS 704.766 to 704.776, inclusive.
