Nevada Revised Statutes Title 53. Labor and Industrial Relations § 618.970. Inapplicability of NRS 618.950 to 618.990, inclusive, to Department of Transportation

The provisions of NRS 618.950 to 618.990, inclusive, do not apply to:

1. The Department of Transportation; or

2. An employee of the Department of Transportation while performing his or her duties as an employee of the Department.
