Nevada Revised Statutes Title 53. Labor and Industrial Relations § 616A.345. “Trade association” defined

“Trade association” means an association of firms concerned with:

1. A single product or service;

2. A number of closely related products or services; or

3. Contractors, manufacturers, distributors or retailers of a product or service or a number of closely related products or services,

as determined by the Commissioner.
