If, after due notice thereof, any employer defaults in any payment of contributions, interest or forfeit imposed under this chapter, the Administrator, or the Administrator’s authorized representative, may collect the amount due by civil action brought in the name of the State of Nevada in the district court. As provided in NRS 31.010, the Administrator or the Administrator’s authorized representative may have the property of the defendant attached.
