“Fund” means the Unemployment Compensation Fund established by this chapter, to which all contributions, other than special bond contributions, as defined in NRS 612.6116, or payments in lieu of contributions, are required to be deposited and from which all benefits provided under this chapter shall be paid and from which the principal due on a bond which is attributable to the payment of benefits under Title XII of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1321 et seq., as amended, or which is attributable to the repayment of the principal of a federal advance, in each case, exclusive of interest on the bond or bond administrative expenses, as defined in NRS 612.6108, may be paid.
