Nevada Revised Statutes Title 53. Labor and Industrial Relations § 610.146. Representation of employees and apprentices in management of program with more than one employer

All programs operated with more than one employer or an association of employers must include provisions sufficient to ensure meaningful and trustworthy representation of the interests of employees and apprentices in the management of the program.
