Nevada Revised Statutes Title 52. Trade Regulations and Practices § 604A.589. Licensee offering services through Internet website required to comply with applicable laws

A licensee that offers high-interest loan services through an Internet website must be licensed in each state, as applicable, where any of its customers reside and shall comply with any state or federal law or regulation applicable to such jurisdiction.
