A person who operates a title loan service may, in consultation with the Department of Health and Human Services, distribute in a location at which the person conducts business under his or her license information and materials provided by the Department concerning public assistance and services provided by an agency or political subdivision of this State or the United States, including, without limitation, programs for debt reduction or relief, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
