Nevada Revised Statutes Title 52. Trade Regulations and Practices § 603A.435. “Gender-affirming care” defined

“Gender-affirming care” means health services or products that support and affirm the gender identity of a person, including, without limitation:

1. Treatments for gender dysphoria;

2. Gender-affirming hormone therapy; and

3. Gender-affirming surgery.
