Nevada Revised Statutes Title 52. Trade Regulations and Practices § 600.060. Purchase of marked containers, supplies or equipment: Further filing and publication unnecessary

Any person acquiring containers, supplies or equipment marked as provided in NRS 600.050, by purchase or other lawful means, is not required to file and publish the description again, but may acquire as a part of the purchase all such benefit as the vendor has under NRS 600.050 to 600.120, inclusive.
