A translation that is required pursuant to NRS 598.9733 or 598.9735, if applicable, may retain the following elements of the executed English language contract or agreement or disclosure, if applicable, without translation:
1. Names and titles of persons;
2. Addresses;
3. Brand names;
4. Trade names;
5. Trademarks;
6. Registered service marks;
7. Full or abbreviated designations of the make and model of goods or services;
8. Alphanumeric codes, numerals, dollar amounts expressed in numerals and dates; and
9. Individual words or expressions that do not have a generally accepted non-English translation.
