Nevada Revised Statutes Title 52. Trade Regulations and Practices § 598.9692. Opportunity to freeze interexchange carrier

A provider who is a local exchange carrier shall, in a competitively neutral manner, offer to each customer the opportunity to freeze the interexchange carrier selected by the customer.
