For each state of emergency or declaration of disaster proclaimed pursuant to NRS 414.070, the Attorney General shall prepare a report containing aggregate data or information concerning the number and type of complaints received by the Attorney General during the emergency or disaster that relate to the commission of a deceptive trade practice of the type described in NRS 598.09235. The Attorney General shall cause the report to be posted on the Internet website of the Attorney General not later than 30 days after the earlier of:
1. The termination of the state of emergency or declaration of disaster by the Governor or the Legislature pursuant to NRS 414.070; or
2. The 75th day that the state of emergency or declaration of disaster is in effect.
