None of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to apply to the Nevada Mineral Exhibition, 4-H clubs, the Future Farmers of America, the Nevada Junior Livestock Show, the Nevada State Livestock Show, the Nevada Hereford Association, and any other organization or association which is entirely nonprofit in character.
