Nevada Revised Statutes Title 50. Animals § 569.120. Estrays and feral livestock may be taken up by agents of Department; procedure for disposal

Estrays and feral livestock may be taken up by authorized agents of the Department. The disposal of the estrays and feral livestock must be conducted in the manner set forth in the provisions of NRS 569.040 to 569.130, inclusive.
