Nevada Revised Statutes Title 50. Animals § 567.120. Woolgrowers' State Account for Control of Predatory Animals: Deposit of tax

As collected, the money derived from the special levy authorized by NRS 567.110 must be deposited by the proper county officer in the state or county treasury in which the Woolgrowers' State Account for Control of Predatory Animals is located for credit to that Account, subject only to the orders of the Board.
