Nevada Revised Statutes Title 50. Animals § 561.216. Appointment of Administrator of Division of Measurement Standards; unclassified service; duties

1. The Director shall appoint an Administrator of the Division of Measurement Standards. The Administrator is in the unclassified service of the State and serves at the pleasure of the Director.

2. The Administrator shall manage the activities of the Department relating to the administration and enforcement of the provisions of chapters 581 and 582 of NRS and NRS 590.010 to 590.450, inclusive.
