Nevada Revised Statutes Title 48. Water § 539.387. Terms of local directors terminate and local board dissolved if proposal fails

If such election fails of the required two-thirds vote of the electors of the division, the terms of office of the local directors shall thereupon terminate and the local board shall be dissolved.
