1. A person shall not engage in the activity of a salesperson of off-highway vehicles or act in the capacity of an off-highway vehicle salesperson as defined in this chapter in the State of Nevada without first having received a license or temporary permit from the Department.
2. A license to act as an off-highway vehicle salesperson must be issued in accordance with the provisions for the licensing of vehicle salespersons as defined in chapter 482 of NRS.
3. A person who has received a license issued pursuant to the provisions of chapter 482 of NRS must be licensed to act as a salesperson of vehicles defined in chapter 482 of NRS and as an off-highway vehicle salesperson as defined in this chapter.
4. All requirements, restrictions and penalties applicable to a vehicle salesperson licensed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 482 of NRS apply without exception to off-highway vehicle salespersons.
