Nevada Revised Statutes Title 43. Public Safety; Vehicles; Watercraft § 490.210. Application for license; fees; issuance of license; renewal of license

An application for a license for an off-highway vehicle dealer, long-term or short-term lessor or manufacturer must be filed upon forms supplied by the Department and include the social security number of the applicant. Upon receipt of the application and when satisfied that the applicant is entitled thereto, the Department shall issue to the applicant a license for an off-highway vehicle dealer, long-term or short-term lessor or manufacturer containing the name of the licensee and the address of his or her established place of business or the address of the main office of a manufacturer without an established place of business in this State.

3. Licenses issued pursuant to this section expire on December 31 of each year. Before December 31 of each year, a licensee must furnish the Department with an application for renewal of his or her license accompanied by an annual fee of $50. If the applicant is a natural person, the application for renewal also must be accompanied by the statement required pursuant to NRS 490.330. The additional fee for the processing of fingerprints, established by regulation pursuant to paragraph (c) of subsection 1, must be submitted for each applicant whose name does not appear on the original application for the license. The renewal application must be provided by the Department and contain information required by the Department.
