Nevada Revised Statutes Title 43. Public Safety; Vehicles; Watercraft § 489.7152. Form of contracts to be used by dealer for sale and listing of manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach; disciplinary action for failure to use forms

The Administrator shall prescribe the form of the contracts that must be used by a dealer for the sale and listing for sale of a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach. A dealer who fails to use the forms prescribed by the Administrator pursuant to this section is subject to disciplinary action pursuant to NRS 489.381.
