Nevada Revised Statutes Title 43. Public Safety; Vehicles; Watercraft § 489.5965. Issuance of certificate of installation or label of installation without completing training program prohibited

No person may issue a certificate of installation or label of installation for a manufactured home or mobile home unless the person has successfully completed, within the preceding 12 months, a training program conducted pursuant to NRS 489.596.
