Nevada Revised Statutes Title 43. Public Safety; Vehicles; Watercraft § 487.553. “Person authorizing repairs” defined

“Person authorizing repairs” means a person who uses the services of a garage. The term includes an insurance company, its agents or its representatives authorizing repairs to motor vehicles under a policy of insurance.
