At each of his or her established places of business, an automobile wrecker shall permanently affix a sign containing the name of the business in lettering of sufficient size to be clearly legible from the center of the nearest street or roadway, except that the lettering must be at least 8 inches high and formed by lines that are at least 1-inch wide.
