Nevada Revised Statutes Title 43. Public Safety; Vehicles; Watercraft § 483.505. Voluntary surrender of license; reissuance

The Department shall by regulation establish a method to allow a driver, under circumstances specified by regulation, to surrender a driver's license voluntarily to the Department, including conditions and procedures for reissuance of the license at the request of the driver.
