Nevada Revised Statutes Title 43. Public Safety; Vehicles; Watercraft § 481.027. General functions of Department of Motor Vehicles and Department of Transportation respecting state highways

The Department of Motor Vehicles shall control the manner and type of use of the state highways by the public, and the Department of Transportation shall control the physical aspects of the state highways.
