Each component or branch of the state military forces has court-martial jurisdiction over all servicemen and servicewomen of that particular component or branch who are subject to this Code. Additionally, the Nevada Army National Guard and Nevada Air National Guard have court-martial jurisdiction over all servicemen and servicewomen subject to this Code.
