Nevada Revised Statutes Title 36. Military Affairs and Civil Emergencies § 412.306. Jurisdiction of courts-martial of each force

The ground force and the air force of the Nevada National Guard has court-martial jurisdiction over all persons subject to this Code. The exercise of jurisdiction by one force over personnel of another force must be in accordance with Office regulations.
