Nevada Revised Statutes Title 33. Libraries; Museums; Historic Preservation § 381.213. Conditions for voiding

Failure to begin work under the permit within 6 months after the effective date of a permit described in NRS 381.197, or failure to prosecute diligently such work after it is begun, shall render the permit void without any order from the Board.
