Nevada Revised Statutes Title 23. Public Officers and Employees § 284.254. Preference in pools of eligible persons for person separated from service because agency terminated

In establishing pools of eligible persons, an appointing authority must allow a preference for each person in the classified service who has been separated from the service because the agency by which the person was employed was terminated pursuant to NRS 232B.100.
