Nevada Revised Statutes Title 20. Counties and Townships: Formation, Government and Officers § 244A.631. Recreational facilities subject to local zoning and other regulations

All recreational facilities of the county shall be subject to planning, zoning, sanitary and building laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the locality in which the recreational facility is situated.
