Nevada Revised Statutes Title 20. Counties and Townships: Formation, Government and Officers § 244A.491. “Service charges” defined

“Service charges” means the fees, rates and other charges for the use of the facilities of the State, county or designated public body, as the case may be, or for any service rendered by the State, county or public body in the operation thereof, or otherwise.
