Nevada Revised Statutes Title 20. Counties and Townships: Formation, Government and Officers § 244.265. Care and preservation of property

The boards of county commissioners shall have power and jurisdiction in their respective counties to make orders respecting the property of the county in conformity with any law of this State, and to take care of and preserve such property.
