Nevada Revised Statutes Title 18. State Executive Department § 231.655. “National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems public airport” or “NPIAS airport” defined

“National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems public airport” or “NPIAS airport” means an airport in this State that is part of the most recent version of the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems published by the United States Secretary of Transportation pursuant to 49 U.S.C. § 47103.
