Nevada Revised Statutes Title 18. State Executive Department § 231.3715. “Lead participant” defined

“Lead participant” means a nonprofit corporation that:

1. Is recognized as exempt pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3);

2. Has a physical location in this State; and

3. Is designated by the participants in a project as the lead participant in an application submitted pursuant to NRS 231.3725.
