A retained attorney or law firm is prohibited from entering into any contract with the Attorney General for the provision of legal services pursuant to NRS 41.03435, 228.111 to 228.1118, inclusive, or 228.112 to 228.1127, inclusive, for a period of 1 year after the date on which the pro bono contract or any extension or renewal of the pro bono contract expires or is terminated.
