Nevada Revised Statutes Title 16. Correctional Institutions; Aid to Victims of Crime § 213.1086. Method of payment of compensation, salaries and expenses of Executive Director, Executive Secretary and employees

The compensation, salaries and expenses of the Executive Director, Executive Secretary and employees of the Board must be paid, upon certification by the Secretary of the Board, in the same manner as those of other state officers and employees.
