Nevada Revised Statutes Title 16. Correctional Institutions; Aid to Victims of Crime § 213.055. Person with communications disability entitled to services of interpreter at hearing

An applicant or a witness at a hearing upon an application for clemency who is a person with a communications disability as defined in NRS 50.050 is entitled to the services of an interpreter at public expense in accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053, inclusive. The interpreter must be appointed by the Governor or a member of the Board designated by the Governor.
