Nevada Revised Statutes Title 16. Correctional Institutions; Aid to Victims of Crime § 209.134. Director: Submission to county clerk of list of offenders released from prison or discharged from parole

On or before the fifth day of each month, the Director shall submit to each county clerk in this State a list which provides:

1. The name of each offender who was released from prison by expiration of his or her term of imprisonment during the previous month or who was discharged from parole during the previous month; and

2. The case number of each offense for which the offender was released or discharged.
