A commitment where defendant is held to answer after a preliminary examination may be in substantially the following form:
County of ________________________ (as the case may be).
The State of Nevada to the sheriff of the County of _____________________________: An order having been this day made by me that A. B. be held to answer upon a charge of (stating briefly the nature of the offense, and giving as near as may be the time when and the place where the same was committed), you are commanded to receive A. B. into your custody and detain A. B. until A. B. is legally discharged.
