Nevada Revised Statutes Title 14. Procedure in Criminal Cases § 178.498. Amount

In deciding the amount of bail to impose on a person, the court shall consider:

1. The nature and circumstances of the offense charged;

2. The financial ability of the defendant to give bail;

3. The character of the defendant; and

4. The factors listed in NRS 178.4853.
