Unless the transaction is exempt under the provisions of NRS 119B.120, it is unlawful for any person to act as a broker of record, broker-salesperson, salesperson, sales agent or registered representative in this State in connection with the sale of memberships without first obtaining a license or registering pursuant to the provisions of chapter 645 or 119A of NRS.
